Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
A Message from the Director:
A Georgia Tech education is an excellent investment in your future. Why? Because Tech does everything possible to address two very important concerns: exceptional quality and acceptable costs. In fact, because of our status as a public institution, we are able to keep costs lower than most other universities with comparable academic reputations. Even so, a college education represents a significant investment. For this reason, more than 11,000 Tech students receive assistance through the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid (OSFA) each year.
If you are brand new to financial aid, please become familiar with our website and the information contained throughout the site. You have several responsibilities as a recipient of financial aid. Pay particular attention to the application process and deadlines and the Institute's policy concerning Satisfactory Academic Progress and enrollment requirements. Lack of familiarity with these policies can cost you time and money!
Please contact our office if you have questions. Whether your questions can be answered by a routine email, a telephone call, or an in-depth appointment, the OSFA staff is willing and able to help you.
